In-person registration
The in-person registration fee includes:

Online access to recorded talks
For participants who are unable to attend ICDS 2026 in person, we are offering an online-access-only registration option.
Registered online participants will receive access to recordings of the scientific talks via Vimeo. Please note that the presentations will not be streamed live. Recordings will be uploaded and made available on the day following each presentation and will remain accessible for at least six months after the symposium.
Please note that not all presentations may be available, as recordings will only be shared with the speaker’s permission.

Cancellation Policy
• In case of vis major/force majeure or of any other unpredictable event for which the organizer cannot be held responsible, an administrative fee of 50 € will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• In case of cancellation by the participant, 80 % of the paid registration fee is returned if cancelled by 7th August, 2026. After this date, a refund is possible on a case-to-case basis.
• Express intent of cancellation must be received in written (per e-mail addressed to nina.bernard@antana-pco.com)
