Registration fee
Registration fee (includes congress material, access to all scientific sessions, Welcome reception on 22nd September, Congress Dinner on 24th September, lunches on 23rd and 24th September, dinner on 23rd September).
Accompanying person registration includes Welcome reception on 22nd September, Congress Dinner on 24th September.

In the case of cancellation by participant:
- 80% of the amount paid will be returned if canceled until 1st August 2010,
- 50% of the amount paid will be returned if canceled until 1st September 2010,
- no refund is possible for later cancellations.

ESCMID Grants for young participants
ESCMID provides a number of attendance grants for young attendees (born in 1970 or later) covering the registration fee but no accommodation or travel costs. If there are more applicants than available grants, preference will be given to ESCMID members.
Application deadline is 31 May 2010 online via this link. Applicants will be informed about their acceptance by 15 June 2010.
Payments
Payments will be possible with bank transfers only after receiving the invoice. The details will be given on Registration form.
Entry to Slovenia - travel information
Persons wishing to enter Slovenia must have a relevant travel document. In addition to a valid travel document, foreigners must hold a visa in order to enter the Republic of Slovenia.

- Slovenia is a part of Schengen area therefore citizens of EU and EEA do not need a passport to enter Slovenia, only a valid identity card.
