Accompanying person registration fee includes:

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Cancellation Policy
• In case of vis major/force majeure or of any other unpredictable event for which the organizer cannot be held responsible, an administrative fee of 50 € will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• In case of cancellation by the participant, 80 % of the paid registration fee is returned if cancelled by 7th August, 2026. After this date, a refund is possible on a case-to-case basis.
• Express intent of cancellation must be received in written (per e-mail addressed to nina.bernard@antana-pco.com)
