Registration fee

Registration fee includes congress material, access to all scientific sessions, Welcome reception, Congress Dinner, lunches on 20th and 21st May, dinner on 20th May. Accommodation is not included in Registration fee.

Industry registration includes: access to lectures, poster area and social events, meals, congress material. Accommodation is not included in Registration fee.

Sponsor registration includes: access poster area, social events, meals, possibility to follow the presentations as video lectures. Accommodation is not included in Registration fee.

Accompanying person registration includes Welcome reception and Congress dinner. Accommodation is not included in Registration fee.

Early registration fee (registered until/on 27th February 2015)	330 EUR
Late registration fee (registered after 27th February 2015)	400 EUR
Registration fee (participants from non-research and non-clinical institutions)*	650 EUR
Accompanying person	100 EUR

* Participants from companies can use only Industry or Sponsor registration. Participant from companies and other commercial settings should contact ICDS Secretariat for further information.

Accomodation has to be organized by participants. Follow the link Venue and accommodation and make the reservations. Hotels Golf, Park and Savica are offering special rates for ICDS participants.

Payments

After confirmation of your registration, you will receive the invoice by Email. Payments will be possible by WIRE (bank) transfers only.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation by participant:
- 80% of the registration fee will be refunded if canceled before 15th March 2015,
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if canceled before 15th April 2015,
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 15th 2015
If the participant has not yet paid the participation fee when cancelling, the amount, as subject to the date of cancellation, is due for payment.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (defined as any event or circumstance that is clearly outside the control of Congress organizers; such as, but not limited to, war, strike, terrorism or threat of terrorism,  epidemics or outbreaks, fire and other “acts of God”), the Congress organisers have the right to alter or cancel the Congress without previous notice. The organisers shall not be liable for any damages and losses or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the Congress.
