Registration fee

Registration fee includes congress material, access to all scientific sessions, Welcome reception on 20^th September, Congress Dinner on 22^nd September, lunches on 21^st and 22^nd September, dinner on 21^st September. Accommodation is not included in Registration fee.
Accompanying person registration includes Welcome reception and Congress dinner.

Early registration fee (registered until/on 31st May 2012)	290 EUR
Late registration fee (registered after 31st May 2012)	350 EUR
Accompanying person	100 EUR

Accomodation has to be organized by participants. Follow the link Venue and accommodation and make the reservations. Hotels Golf, Park and Savica are offering special rates for ICDS participants.

Payments

After confirmation of your registration you will receive the invoice by email. Payments will be possible with bank transfers only.

Cancelation of registration

Registration canceled by June 30^th will be reimbursed entirely, if canceled by August 20^th reimbursement will be only 75% and if canceled after August 20^th no reimbursements of Registration fees will be possible.
